Oracy Lead
With over 20 years of experience in education, Greg is passionate about helping both children and educators to reach their full potential. His career spans teaching and leadership roles across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in primary education.
Greg’s time working at Local Authority level advising and leading on English across Hampshire saw him partnering with schools to drive meaningful improvement. His approach has always been rooted in collaboration, helping teachers and senior leaders craft tailored strategies that not only achieve lasting results but also respect the unique identity of each school.
Now serving as Head of School at Liphook Infant School, Greg is a strong advocate for the transformative power of oracy. He has seen first-hand how developing children’s spoken language skills can unlock confidence, creativity, and a deeper love for learning.
At Oracy South, Greg brings his wealth of knowledge and his unwavering commitment to supporting teachers in creating classrooms where every voice matters and every voice is heard. Whether he’s sharing best practices, leading discussions, or designing impactful resources, Greg’s goal is simple: to help schools and teachers harness the power of oracy to change lives.
